The pinnacle of traditional bitters. Light amber, with hints of dried fruits, toasted brown bread and notes of pine and fresh cut grass. Easy drinking with a crisp, clean taste. Great alongside a Ploughmans - simple.

This is an attractive clear amber colour, and has a lovely aromatic and slightly biscuitty nose. There is a good malt character, almost hinting at caramel, but it is well balanced with the bitterness on the finish. There is a really refreshing mouth feel and that freshness stays right through.
