Part of our Ebb & Flow series, in collaboration with the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, Wold Top’s gluten-free Barrel Wave is one to savour and sip.

It’s been produced by aging one of our most popular and well-known beers, Scarborough Fair IPA, in Spirit of Yorkshire whisky casks for 8 months. These Filey Bay casks allow the beer to mature, developing a smooth, full-bodied and beautifully rounded taste, where soft citrus hints and hoppy bitter notes marry with the whisky’s light, creamy, vanilla flavours.

And at 8.5% abv, this is a special occasion drink, much like a good dram of whisky!
