A Wold Newton brewery is celebrating after recording its best Christmas sales ever despite the inclement weather. Wold Top Brewery, based 110 metres above sea level at the top of the Yorkshire Wolds, battled against extreme weather conditions to reach its hundreds of customers throughout East, West and North Yorkshire in the run up to Christmas. Against the Grain, Britain?s first and favourite gluten free beer, has been? awarded the gold medal in the speciality bottled beer category at the?Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) Northern awards.
