Micro-Brewery's Spectacular SASH fundraiser

A Yorkshire Wolds micro-brewery is to host a fund raising event for Wold Newton based charity SASH (Sustainable Aid Supporting Haiti). Last year, Wold Top Brewery Directors Tom and Gill Mellor were approached by former employees Will Brown and Melanie Coull who set up SASH to help people in the rural areas of Haiti who were badly affected by the aftermath of the January 2010 earthquake. East Yorkshire brewery celebrates success in Sainsbury's competition

Award winning Wold Top Brewery is celebrating after reaching the finals of Sainsbury's Great British Beer Hunt. The Wold Newton based brewery entered its light summer beer Golden Summer into the national competition that guarantees a listing with the supermarket for the ultimate winners and was delighted to beat stiff competition to become the only Yorkshire beer to make the final shortlist of 16 ales. An award winning Yorkshire Coast micro brewery has launched a new beer for Father's Day. Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery has brewed a special ale that they hope will be a hit with the millions of fishermen in the UK - Angler's Reward.
