This month sees the release of our third barrel-aged beer and we’re very excited about it! Barrel-aged beer is beer that has been aged (sorry to state the obvious here!) for a period of time in a wooden barrel. Typically, these barrels will be ex-bourbon, whisky or wine with the odd sherry, brandy and port barrel used every now and again. Well, what a year 2021 was…. We really hope 2022 gets better!  Looking forward to the New Year, here’s what you can get excited about over the coming months….. 12 new limited edition seasonal beers. Introducing Inkling - our second low alcohol beer

We're very pleased to announce that we have brewed a second low alcohol beer as a result of the great feedback that we received about our first low alcohol beer, Intuition. Inkling (<0.5% vol.) is a light, golden ale with a zesty kick that we have brewed in response to growing consumer demand for no and low alcohol drinks to be enjoyed at home.
