Over the years we have been fortunate to sample many plates of delicious food made with Wold Top beer as an ingredient, so it seemed logical to try and get some of these written down for you to enjoy!
Here we’ve put together a selection of dishes, all using one of our beers as a key ingredient, to bring you a true ‘taste of Yorkshire’.
A huge thank you to all the chefs who have contributed to this book, giving their time and expertise to create these wonderful dishes which, we hope you will agree, really emphasise and highlight the amazing talents, food and drink this area has to offer.
