Walking The Wolds

Join us on Saturday 6th June 2026 and step out into the great outdoors with an informative, guided walk led by Alec of National Trails.

Alec will lead a three-hour walk, exploring the history and geology of the area while taking in the superb surroundings right on the Brewery’s doorstep. Along the way, you’ll hear more about the Yorkshire Wolds Way and the wider National Trails network.

The walk will finish back at the Brewery, where the Wold Top Bar will be ready to serve refreshing drinks. A substantial outdoor Afternoon Tea will also be provided.

Start and End Point:
Wold Top Brewery, Hunmanby Grange, Wold Newton, Driffield, YO25 3HS

Time: 9:30am – 2:30pm

Walk Length:
Approximately 6.5 miles (around 3 hours walking)

Cost: £20 per person
Includes guided walk, substantial Afternoon Tea, and a pint of beer or soft drink

Important Information

• Recommended for ages 7+ and those able to comfortably complete the full walking route
• No dogs permitted, as the route crosses fields with livestock
• Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for all weather conditions
• Please bring your own water for the walk
