Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery will be one of a number of Yorkshire businesses showcasing the best of Yorkshire?s food and drink at the annual Michaelmas Fair at?Burton Agnes Hall later this month. A Yorkshire Coast brewery?s massive charity drive in memory of a Hunmanby youngster is on track to hit its target by the end of the year. Wold Top Brewery embarked on an ambitious campaign to raise ?10,000 for?Candlelighters after Dan Bayes, son of the Wold Newton brewery?s cellarman Geoff lost his battle to a rare form of aggressive bone cancer, osteosarcoma, in April this year, aged just 25.
