Our limited edition cask ale for October is the iconic Worts n'Ale. A golden coloured autumnal bitter, brewed with home grown malts and hopped with fuggles, for a fresh English countryside bitterness and first gold adding notes of orange and spice. This is the perfect beer for celebrating falling leaves, roasted chestnuts and roaring fires at your local pub. Best enjoyed at the end of a bracing country or coastal walk with friends and family. With hand selected beers and ciders, music from The Nick Rooke Band on Friday and Acko Pulko and the Cliff Divers on Saturday evening, fabulous food from The Yorkshire Wagyu Company and the Yorkshire Pudding Pie Company plus the Big Sky camping and caravaning field, this promises to be a fab weekend! All tickets include a commemorative festival glass and cost £5 for Friday, £7 for Saturday and £10 for the weekend. The team here are celebrating because our gluten free beer Scarborough Fair IPA has been shortlisted in Best Free From Product category of the prestigious deliciouslyorkshire Taste Awards. Kate Balchin, our accounts and export manager, said: “We’re delighted that Scarborough Fair IPA has reached the final of this award, especially one that counts Radio 2 Drive-time chef, Nigel Barden amongst the judges. "We brew Scarborough Fair IPA using 100% British ingredients that include home grown barley and water from the farm’s own borehole.
