We're proud winners of two rural awards for our three farm diversification businesses

We're very excited to have won two rural business awards within a fortnight of each other. T Mellor and Son won the Outstanding Rural Diversification Project category at the Amazon and CLA sponsored Rural Business Awards and the Diversification category of the inaugural Yorkshire Post Rural Awards for our Wold Top Brewery, Agricola Bottling and Muddy Souls Events businesses. Late night Christmas shopping at the brewery - enjoy a beer and a browse

This year, we're hoping to be able to make Christmas shopping a more pleasant experience by offering late night shopping and an open bar throughout December. Tom's been shortlisted for a local business award

We're delighted to let you know that our founder, Tom Mellor been named as one of two enterprising business owners in the final of the Hull Daily Mail Business Awards’ Entrepreneur of the Year award. Tom has been shortlisted in the category that aims to find the individual who has had a profound effect on both business and the local community. Tom took over the family farm in 1981, expanded the acreage and introduced new crops before researching other ventures to increase income. It's time to Remember..

We're proud to be marking our partnership with the North and East Yorkshire Poppy Appeal by producing a limited edition cask beer for the second year running. Our light beer, Remember, 4.2% ABV, will be available at selected pubs in North and East Yorkshire from late October until the 13th November, including the two week period known as Remembrancetide. For each cask of beer sold, we will donate £10 to the Poppy Appeal and we hope that this figure will be supplemented by collecting tins in the pubs that are serving Remember.
