York cyclist stops off at 15 NGS gardens during 51-mile charity ride

We were delighted that Ian chose to finish his challenging ride at the brewery. Here's the story of his fantastic achievement... A cyclist from York went the distance on two wheels to raise awareness of the National Gardens Scheme (NGS) and Parkinson’s UK. Ian Savage, a corporate relationships manager for Parkinson’s UK from Foxwood in York, pedalled his way round 15 NGS gardens in North and East Yorkshire covering a total of 51 miles in just under eight hours during the annual NGS Festival Weekend. The Bangers and Beer Event at Fodder in Harrogate

As one of our long standing retailers, Fodder is an award winning farm shop and café based in Harrogate and on Thursday 12th May it played host to a fabulous ‘Bangers and Beer’ event for the second year running. Spectacular Wolds sportive returns for third year running

Enthusiastic cyclists will be venturing back out into the Wolds thanks to the work of organisers and sponsors, including Wold Top Brewery, who have come together to host the Wolds 123 sportive for the third year running. Riders on the Wolds 123 will have the chance to take in the best of the Wolds when the non-timed 123km event returns on Sunday, July 3. Yorkshire Coast Brewery hosts new sportive

A unique cycling sportive initiated by the managers of one of Yorkshire’s most successful racing teams this season, and hosted by the Wold Top Brewery, has been launched. Organised by Richard Baldwin and David Hought from Wold Top Actif Road Racing Team, the first Sundown 60 sportive will take place at Wold Top Brewery on Sunday, August 28th. This sportive challenges convention as, instead of an early morning start, riders will depart at 2.30pm.
