The third stage of the Tour de Yorkshire finishes just a few miles away from the brewery, in beautiful Scarborough, on Saturday, 5th May. All along the route, local pubs will have our cycling inspired ale, Hello Velo in cask and there will be a limited number ofbottles available too. Hello Velo is a crisp, sparkling beer that is made from 100% British ingredients, including our home grown barley, water drawn from the farm's borehole and UK hops. Save the date - 2nd and 3rd June - brewery and gardens open weekend!

The gardens and the brewery will be open between 11am and 5pm on 2nd and 3rd June and proceeds from the entry money will go via the National Garden Scheme to nursing charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie and Parkinson’s UK. St. Cuthbert’s church in neighbouring Burton Fleming will benefit from the proceeds from teas and coffees. Books by the Beach beer naming competition winner named

We're delighted to have joined forces with Books by the Beach, Scarborough book festival for the fifth year to create that perfect combination - books and beer! This year's festival beer naming competition was themed around Mary's Shelley's MONSTER creation - which is celebrating its 200th birthday. The simple but clever winning name is FRANKIE'S STEIN and each visiting author at the book festival will receive a special bottled beer in their goodie bag.
