Beverley Festival Brew

An award-winning East Yorkshire micro brewery is supporting Beverley's major family music festival for the sixth consecutive year.

Now in its 29th year, Beverley Folk Festival is celebrating its best line up to date with headline music and comedy acts including Joe Brown, Steeleye Span, Peatbog Faeries and Chumbawamba.

As in prior years, Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery will be providing both cask and bottled beer for the bars in the Wold Top Performance Marquee, including the specially brewed Folk Festival Ale, a light, easy drinking real ale with a hint of fruit (ABV 4.4%) and flagship brew Wold Top Bitter. Among the acts in the Wold Top Marquee will be acoustic sessions in association with Moonbeams and young performers in the Area2 Youth Programme.

The Festival takes place from 15th to 17th of June at Beverley venues including The Festival Village at Beverley Leisure Complex in Flemingate.
