We're a REYTA winner!

Last night, we attended our first virtual awards ceremony; the Remarkable East Yorkshire Tourism Awards (REYTA).

These awards recognise the best and brightest in East Yorkshire's tourism related businesses and acknowledge the contribution businesses like ours make to the area’s visitor economy (under normal circumstances).

Played out live on Facebook and YouTube and watched by hundreds of people, it was a brilliant event that was organised very well by tourism body, Visit Hull and East Yorkshire and hosted by broadcaster, Blair Jacobs.

We were highly delighted to be announced as the winner of the  Remarkable Local Producer Award, beating stiff competition, that included fellow drinks businesses Atom Brewing Co., Hotham’s Distillery and Humber Street Distillery Co.

We celebrated with a glass or two of Landmark Lager and Spirit of Yorkshire Filey Bay Moscatel Finish - one of the beauties of a virtual event is that nobody has to drive!

The win has given the team a real boost at a time when we’re working tirelessly to satisfy online orders (which is a lovely problem to have, by the way), so thanks to VHEY for the award and thanks to everyone who's supporting us by buying beer online.
