Success at the International Beer Challenge 2021

The embargo is lifted and we can now share the great news that three of our Yorkshire beers have won awards at the International Beer Challenge (IBC) 2021. Landmark Lager won a gold award in the Lagers category Benchmark Session IPA won a silver award in the Ales category Barrel Wave barrel-aged IPA won a bronze award in the Speciality Beers Category in the global competition that was judged by 70 industry experts. “All three beers are relatively new additions to our range and the awards are testament to the skill and commitment of our brew team,” said director, Kate Balchin....

We're proud to be a TOAST Companion

We're excited to announce that we have brewed a bespoke beer in collaboration with planet-saving beer brand, TOAST Ale to raise awareness of climate issues. Our ‘Barm’ beer is one of 26 ales that has been brewed using surplus bread for the limited-edition Companion Series that will raise a minimum of £65,000 for conservation and regenerative agriculture projects. We're celebrating our success in the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards

Both us and our sister company, Spirit of Yorkshire are celebrating after we won the Sustainability/Environment award and the Food and Drink Producer of the Year award respectively at the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards that were presented at an event in Harrogate recently. We faced tough competition from Woodmeadow Trust to win the Sustainability/Environment Award, whilst Spirit of Yorkshire beat us, Soanes Poultry, Moonshine Ice Cream and Yorvale to take the Food and Drink Producer crown.
