Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery will be one of a number of Yorkshire businesses showcasing the best of the region?s food and drink at the annual Michaelmas Fair at?Burton Agnes Hall later this month.
Wold Top Brewery Sash Haiti CharityThe fair, in celebration of Michaelmas, the traditional feast of St. Michael which falls on the autumnal equinox and marks the end of the farming year and the arrival of dark nights, takes place in the grounds of the stately home of the Cunliffe- Lister family between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October.
The grounds of the Hall will be filled with seasonal craft and food stalls, music, entertainers and fairground fun and there will be a street fair based on the theme of produce and products from the countryside and gardens.? Stalls in the street fair include Wold Top Brewery, who will be selling their award winning beers and charity ale?SASH (Sustainable Aid Supporting Haiti), plants from Kilnwick Walled Garden, Gold from the Wold rapeseed oil and cakes and preserves from Maid in the Kitchen.
Entry to the fair costs ?4.00 for adults, ?3.50 for senior citizens and ?2.50 for children.
