Wold Top Brewery takes its award winning ales to Beningbrough Hall

Award-winning Wold Top Brewery is one of a number of Yorkshire producers to support Beningbrough Hall?s forthcoming Food and Craft Festival (13-14th September).

Entitled a Taste of Yorkshire, the festival celebrates the best of North Yorkshire?s food, drink and crafts in the magnificent setting of the National Trust owned Georgian mansion near York.

Visitors to the two day festival will be able to sample award winning ales from Wold Top Brewery, buy Homemade local cakes, jams & chutneys, cheeses, meats & plants and enjoy wood carving demonstrations and family trails.? There will also be a? Kids in the Kitchen activity tent and art workshops .? All of the events are included in the admission price of ??8.00 for adults, ?4.00 for children and ?18.50 for a family.

Brewery owner Gill Mellor is looking forward to the event; ?It promises to be a great event featuring the best of Yorkshire?s produce in one magnificent setting.? We enjoy festivals like this as it gives us the opportunity to talk to people about our products and to get valued feedback.?

Wold Top Brewery was the proud winner of a two star gold award for its light, summer beer Wold Gold, at the recent Guild of Fine Food Great Taste awards.

The Food and Craft festival is open from 11am to 5.30pm on both days.
