Award-winning Wold Top Brewery will be one of a number of Yorkshire businesses to support the Malton Food Lovers Festival later this month.

Wold Top Brewery beers including Wold Top Bitter, Against The Grain, Headland Red and Anglers' Reward will be among the 40 casks of real ale and cider at the CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) supported Malton Beer, Wine and Cider festival that has become an integral part of the popular Yorkshire Food Festival.

In addition, brewery owner Tom Mellor will be conducting a Brewing Masterclass in the new 'Masterclass Marquee' at 2.30pm on the Saturday.

The Food Lovers Festival and takes place in the town's historic market place between 8am and 4pm on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th May and entry is with a wristband that costs £5.

In addition to the Beer Festival, there will be lots of delicious Yorkshire fare and a host of attractions for all of the family including cookery demonstrations, street theatre, country pursuits and children's entertainment.

Brewery owner Gill Mellor is pleased that the Hunmanby micro brewery is able to support the festival; "There's always a great atmosphere at Malton and it's a great showcase for the best of Yorkshire's food and drink."
