Scarborough Family Music Festival has high hopes for fourth sellout event

As the summer music festival scene gets into full swing, organisers of a Scarborough Family Music Festival are anticipating that their fourth festival will be another sell out success.
The Staxtonbury Family Music Festival takes place at Manor Farm, Staxton from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th July and will showcase the finest groups including headline acts Grand Urge, Shamrockers, Blue Alibi, Soul Rida, Shamrockers plus local artists including Jessie Hutchinson from Staxton. Scarborough musicians Tom Townsend and Paul Tilley will also be hosting free music workshops in the Acoustics Marquee.
There is free camping and plenty to do for all the family. Award-winning Hunmanby brewery, Wold Top Brewery, will be providing beer for a Real Ale bar and there will be a food festival, arts and crafts workshops, cookery and zumba demonstrations for the adults whilst the children will be kept amused by an entertainer and bouncy castles and slides.
