Half year round up

Posted by Wold Top Brewery on

Wow, July. Where did the first half of 2021 go?

It’s been a busy year to date, with new beers launched, lockdowns, reopenings and events so here’s a quick round up of what 2021 has brought you from Wold Top so far…..

January - Odin, our first Viking limited edition beer. (SOLD OUT)

February - Freyja, Viking beer number 2, a delicious pale ale and Intuition, our first low alcohol beer. A fresh, hoppy and zesty pale ale.

March - Thor, our third Viking ale in the range. A deep amber bitter that’s down to limited stocks left. Benchmark Session IPA was also released in bottle - all the hops, yum!

April - Loki joined the Viking range, a cheeky session IPA, perfect for spring.

May - Alongside Eir, our fifth Viking beer, fruity and golden we also brought out Barrel Wave, our second barrel aged beer in collaboration with The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. Scarborough Fair aged in whisky casks - win!

June - Viking beer number six is the delicious, pilsner style lager, Heimdall, just in time for BBQ season.

July sees the launch of Freyr, Viking beer number seven, available soon in bottles via our online shop.

Coming up for the rest of the year we’ve got the remaining five Viking bottled beers to complete the series (12 in total), plus more seasonal cask beers.

We’ve also got some new merchandise planned and in production and we’re really looking forward to our Big Sky Beer Festival at the end of August!
