Brewery supports traditional Michaelmas fair

Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery will be one of a number of Yorkshire businesses showcasing the best of Yorkshire?s food and drink at the annual Michaelmas Fair at?Burton Agnes Hall later this month.

The fair takes place in the grounds of the stately home of the Cunliffe- Lister family between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October and will feature a street fair with a countryside food and drink theme to celebrate the traditional feast of St Michael that marks the end of the farming year and the nights drawing in.? Wold Top Brewery will be selling their award winning beers, including the charity ale, Candlelighter, alongside other Yorkshire producers including Gold on the Wold, Burdass Lamb and Maid in the Kitchen.?? There will also be seasonal craft stalls, music, entertainment and fairground fun.

Entry to the fair costs ?4.00 for adults, ?3.50 for senior citizens and ?2.50 for children.
