Wold Top Bitter - easy drinking session beer

This is our first and Flagship Bitter. An easy drinking session beer A B V 3.7%

with good head retention and medium to light colour 20-30 EBC

Maris Otter and a small amount of Crystal malt form the basis of the brew together with Northdown Hops for bittering and aroma.

Fermentation temp is low and takes the Beer from an O.G. 1037.2 to a final Gravity of 1008.5 degrees before Conditioning.
