We've reached the final of the ERYC Chairman's Awards

We're very pleased to share that we have been announced as a top nominee in the Under 50 Employees Category of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Chairman's Business Award and four members of our team have been invited to the Awards Dinner at Bridlington Spa on Tuesday, 14th May. The awards will be presented by the Chairman of the Council, Councillor Margaret Chadwick and Clare Frisby from BBC Look North.

Our accounts and export manager, Kate is delighted to be a top nominee: “We’re proud of the contribution that we have made to the local economy since we started Wold Top Brewery in 2003 and are delighted to be regarded as a top nominee in these prestigious local awards.”

The Chairman's Awards are presented annually to individuals, companies and organisations within the East Riding of Yorkshire to recognise their achievements towards enhancing the area in which they work and live. They are judged by panels of councillors and council employees who select the top nominees and an overall winner in each of the following areas: Built Heritage, Business, Community and Sport.

The other nominees in the Business Award category are Driffield Agricultural Society and Steve Ball Recruitment.
