Scarborough Fair IPA has reached its fifth final this summer!

What a summer Scarborough Fair IPA is having! 

It has been shortlisted in five awards. Of these, it has won a bronze award, a highly commended and we're awaiting the outcome of the East Yorkshire Local Food Network awards, the Yorkshire Life Awards and now, the deliciouslyorkshire Taste awards. Read all about it here..

The team at Wold Top Brewery is celebrating once more after its Scarborough Fair IPA has been shortlisted for its fifth award this summer.

Scarborough Fair IPA has reached the final of the Best Beer and Cider category in the deliciouslyorkshire and Yorkshire Post Taste Awards.

Kate Balchin, accounts and export manager at the Wold Newton based brewery, said: “We’re delighted that Scarborough Fair IPA has reached yet another final, especially one that counts Radio 2 Drive-time chef, Nigel Barden amongst the judges.”

Scarborough Fair IPA is brewed using 100% British ingredients that include home grown barley and water from the farm’s own borehole. So far this year, it has won a bronze medal at the International Beer Challenge, been awarded Highly Commended in The Great British Food Awards and is also shortlisted in the East Yorkshire Local Food Network Awards and Yorkshire Life Food and Drink Awards.

Winners of the deliciouslyorkshire and Yorkshire Post Taste Awards will be announced at an awards dinner at the Pavilions of Harrogate on Wednesday 2nd November, where a bumper turn out is expected.
