Directors and staff at Wold Top Brewery are celebrating after the Wold Newton business’s export achievements has earned them a place in the final of the Hull Daily Mail Business Awards.

The farm based brewery faces stiff competition from fellow Driffield business, Blue Keld in the final of the Exporter of the Year award that is sponsored by Associated British Ports.

The Hull Daily Mail Business Awards celebrate the region's best companies and employers, from start-ups and entrepreneurs, to the area’s biggest businesses.

The winners of the awards will be announced on 19th November at a Celebration Dinner at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel in Willerby.

Wold Top Brewery director Gill Mellor said: “We’re very proud of the fact that we have built a thriving export division in a relatively short space of time and it’s a real credit to the team headed up by Kate Balchin.”
