Named by Tim, from Ye Jolly Farmers Inn at Dalton. The Yorkshire Wolds are often referred to as Big Sky Country for the amazing sky-scapes over the gently rolling countryside of wolds and coast. 

This is a tawny coloured ale with a clean hoppy finish from the Hallertau Northern Brewer hops and a balanced maltiness from the Wold grown malts in the brew.
