..a bright crisp beer with an amber colour from the Maris Otter, Amber and Cara malts and a light bitterness from predominantly Northdown Hops. A festive beer with a lingering finish that is the ideal accompaniment to turkey and cranberry, pork and apple, stilton with apricots and all fruit, cheese and meat combinations.
